Further, HOME believes that with opportunities, support and unconditional encouragement ALL youth have unlimited potential.

Community Action Programs:

Child Care Resources & Referral, Head Start & Early Head Start, Reentry Services @ DeMuniz, Community Resource Program, Energy Services, Nutrition First, HOME Youth & Resource Center and  Weatherization.

What We Do

HOME, or "The Drop-In" as many youth call us, is a shelter for at-risk and homeless youth ages 11 - 17 (18 if they are in school). We provide a safe, supportive environment where youth can have their immediate needs met as well as have positive opportunities to reconnect with their community. Three main programs make up our continuum of care; Runaway & Homeless Youth Program, Day Shelter and our Youth Empowerment Program. We also have a number of supporting programs with community partners including physical fitness training with mentorship, drug and alcohol treatment and reproductive health.
